On average, about 100 site employees are working at Construction Longer, among which many have been with the company continuously for more than 20 years. The loyalty of its employees is essential to the smooth operation and development of the company, since the workforce is at the heart of our achievements.
The team consists of : Health and Safety Officers, Superintendents, Civil Engineering Technicians, Surveyors, Supervisors, Labourers, Carpenters, Architectural Hardware Specialists, Transportation Supervisors and Warehouse Clerks.

Having a solid experience in the management of supermarkets, then in the management of a rental center for construction equipment, Stéphane considers himself a facilitator. He excels at developing solid business partnerships with our suppliers and conducts rigorous management of our material resources, which allows our workers to be well equipped. An excellent and proactive communicator, he brings innovative and practical solutions to increase the efficiency and performance of our equipment.

As a General Superintendent, Sylvain is responsible for managing the workforce, ensuring site safety and on-going training for the workers. His solid experience in construction and his involvement in many associations allow him to always stay on the lookout for new work methods. With strong communication skills, Sylvain promotes valuable exchanges between employees and management.
