My construction experience began in Bay-James in 1978, while working for the surveying department at the LG3 power plant site. Follows a DEC in estimation at the Cégep of Drummondville and an application for an internship at Construction Longer in 1982. Being part of the Construction Longer team since 1983 brings me great pride. Over the years, I have held several positions in the company: survey technician and estimator at the start, project manager from 84, vice-president in 93, president from 2000 to 2020 and now as project manager. And yes, I am now on the downhill slope of the mountain, the one that leads to the chalet. During my career, I have been particularly keen on customer satisfaction. Knowing how to listen to them in order to really understand their needs. Respect our commitments, with the aim of exceeding them. I am not fond of big crowds, but I particularly appreciate sincere human relations. Don’t look for me on Facebook, Twitter or others, but it would be pleasure to meeting you! PS. Continuity, respect for established values ​​and maintaining the business philosophy developed over the past 40 years are the paths chosen by the new management, in which I have assumed the position of Chairman and CEO since January 2020. That does not prevent the upgrading and modernization of the company, on the contrary, it is a requirement to remain in a position of regional leader in construction. To achieve this, staff training and the use of advanced technologies will be taken to a higher level.

In terms of project planning, my successes are mainly linked to my great creativity, my unifying qualities and my listening skills. With a keen analytical mind and a great ability to meet challenges, I know how to build a relationship of trust and true partnership with all of our clients. In my spare time, I love spending time with my family, reading, cycling in the summer and skiing in the winter. Younger and passionate about action, rugby has captured my heart. Although I have stopped playing, I really like to compare the sport to management. Of course, a business can have a lot in common with any team sport. But does rugby have any unique characteristics that put it above the rest? I think so. When a company goes through a difficult context, like in rugby, there is no time for the game to stop. Leadership is about responding to challenges as they arise, whether or not there is time to take a break.

A member of the Barreau du Québec, I decided to pursue my career path in a field I’m passionate about, namely automobiles, before moving into the insurance field, more specifically in claims adjustment, after obtaining my law degree from the Université de Sherbrooke. Resourceful, proactive and not afraid of a challenge, I joined the Construction Longer team in January 2023. My mission is to accompany our customers with a high level of transparency and dedication, actively listening to their needs and simplifying their day-to-day.

Recently graduated in estimation, I immediately joined the Construction Longer team. It has always been my primary goal since this company has always been for me the leader of the construction industry in the Eastern Townships. I am hardworking and enterprising. Whatever the objectives, my rigor and my efficiency are my main allies to achieve them. Don’t tell me about traveling : i’ll have to plan my next trip as soon as I get home!

Having accumulated several years in customer services, I had the chance to join the Construction Longer team in 2020. My job is to support the various teams and clients by providing them with professional, respectful and efficient assistance. Passionate about music, cooking and baking, I am always on the lookout for new cultural discoveries (humor, music, arts, etc.).

It was during my first internship at Construction Longer, in 2023, that I joined the building project management team. It was in January 2025, just after completing my bachelor’s degree in civil engineering at the Université de Sherbrooke, that I officially joined this wonderful team.

I’ve always been passionate about project management. My rigor, organization and discipline make me stand out in my tasks. My desire to learn and continuously improve is fully satisfied here. Thanks to its role as a leader in the construction industry, Construction Longer takes the opportunity to put sustainable construction at the forefront.

This aspect is essential for me, as I’m passionate about nature and outdoor sports. To be able to practice my passions throughout my life with the people I care about, it’s important to build sustainably while respecting our beautiful planet, and that’s something Construction Longer understands.

I’ve been lucky enough to take on the role of Project Coordinator at Construction Longer since the beginning of 2023. Thanks to my academic background in civil engineering and the completion of my bachelor’s degree in building engineering, I was attracted to Construction Longer’s renowned know-how and expertise. I’m currently working on large-scale institutional building projects. This opportunity allows me to develop my management skills through the use of the BIM360 platform, while deepening my technical knowledge by working closely with our highly skilled site teams.

I describe myself as naturally curious and constantly motivated by innovation. These two traits are assets that I fully integrate into my work. Apart from my professional responsibilities, I like to spend my free time exploring the mountains and discovering new horizons on my travels.

I have been working at Construction Longer since 2013. I have a DEC in civil engineering and a bachelor’s degree in construction engineering from the École de Technologie Supérieure in Montreal. Since my beginnings at Construction Longer, I have managed various commercial, industrial and institutional projects of different sizes from the Eastern Townships to the South Shore of Montreal. My main strength is in the customer approach in order to provide the best service to each customer. I am an active person who likes projects, whether sporting, political or of a community nature. I like to diversify my hobbies. However, my main passion remains my involvement in the family sugar bush in the spring.

Having grown up in the countryside, I was quickly immersed in the construction world! At 8 years old, I was already drawing the plans for my treehouse and the houses of my family members! For me, construction is more than a job: it’s a real passion! It is not only about managing projects, but also about working with my own hands! I love to build and transform things. In my opinion, this is how you acquire the most knowledge, because on paper and on the field, it is often very different. This additional knowledge helps me to really understand what is happening on site and quickly find adequate solutions.

I graduated in architecture from the Cégep of Trois-Rivières in 2010. I also have training in real estate revaluation. As soon as I left school, I worked in an architecture offices where I developed a lot of technical drawing. Subsequently, I worked in the public sector, where I learned to juggle the many constraints of work in hospitals, CHSLDs and Youth Centers. My meticulousness, my leadership and my professionalism have largely contributed to the successful completion of all my projects. Cheerful by nature, I see the positive in all situations! My glass of water is always half full! I am a very understanding person and attentive to the needs of others. Family, respect, listening, open-mindedness and love are very important values ​​for me.

On the hobby side, I’m pretty versatile; I like peace and quiet as much as action! Nature and the countryside are places where I like to recharge my batteries: I spend a lot of time there with my family. One of my hobbies: paddle boarding! Calm on the water, breathtaking landscapes: it does me a lot of good! Conversely, I’m also a big fan of motorsports: I have my motorcycle, my ATV and my snowmobile! It gives me the little adrenaline boost that I sometimes need!

My professional path began with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering at the University of Sherbrooke. With more than 10 years of experience, I have been able to develop a good background of technical knowledge as well as good analytical and adaptation skills which allow me to optimize the progress of my projects as much as possible, while remaining in a professional framework. I am passionate about construction, but I specialize more in engineering, excavation and concrete work for which I hold certification in complex structures. My affection for competitive running and cross-country skiing leads me to constantly give my best and always strive for excellence in what I do.

I’ve been working in the construction field since I started my career in accounting, and I love it. I’m currently working in accounts payable. I’m mainly responsible for validating and approving invoices. What I particularly like about Longer is working with a great team in a dynamic company that shares my values.  

I’m often told that I’m curious, positive and motivated. I’m always looking to learn and improve. My rigor, precision and versatility in accounting enable me to meet daily challenges effectively.  

After a big day working with numbers, I relax on video games, free my mind with volleyball, or jump for joy in my living room when my favorite team scores a goal. Go Habs Go! 

My professional career began with a DEC in civil engineering technology at the Cégep of Sherbrooke. Then, I headed to the École de Technologie Supérieure in Montreal to do my bachelor’s degree in construction engineering. Today, I am a project manager for the civil works team at Construction Longer. I have more than 10 years of experience in terms of street infrastructure, earthworks and engineering structures. I love sports, mainly golf, basketball, tennis, and hiking. Over the years, it is a real passion that I have developed for the practice of golf. It’s a sport that brings me so much in terms of emotional control, patience and surpassing myself. I would also say that being the father of two wonderful young children gives me just as much and more. I am an honest, structured, attentive and rigorous professional. I enjoy teamwork and I am always willing to contribute constructively to problem solving. Thus, within the solid and structured company that Construction Longer represents, I can surpass myself and develop professionally.

Having been part of the Construction Longer team for over 17 years now, I hold the position of Accounts Payable Manager. My great versatility also allows me to act as an IT coordinator within the company. For all technology inquiries, it is me you call!

I joined the Construction Longer team in 2006. I hold a multitasking position whose main responsibilities are payroll and invoicing. Outside of work, I like to share moments with my family. I am an active person who never misses an opportunity to move. For entertainment, I love going to the theater to see a good play.

Project manager for over 20 years with Construction Longer, I know and understand that no project is to be overlooked. Project manager for several well-known banners and private developers, I maintain a close relationship with our partners allowing an organized management. This bond more often than not transits into beautiful sporting encounters.

Having worked for more than 25 years in architectural offices as an architectural technician, I have collaborated on a multitude of projects both in terms of design and implementation (site). I therefore acquired a solid technical experience, which is also very useful for my support and technical advice to the project management team and the Construction Longer site team. Finding solutions to problems gives me a lot of satisfaction. This is why I constantly make sure that I am up to date with new regulations, new materials and new construction techniques. Apart from my exciting job, I am a big fan of outdoors : I like to discover little corners of paradise all over Quebec. A music lover in my spare time, I recently rediscovered the pleasure of vinyl!

I am very happy to be part of a strong team since I arrived as a project manager at Construction Longer. As soon as I left school, 4 years ago, I joined this team which allows me to surpass myself and flourish in my work. My bachelor’s degree in civil engineering allowed me to develop rigor and discipline at work. I like to push myself in everything I do and to push my limits. That’s why I’m always ready to take on new challenges. It is often said of me that I have a positive attitude and that I get along well with everyone I interact with. Leadership is also one of my great strengths. This leadership has often been felt during my sporting career. Indeed, I have been a captain at all levels of hockey in which I have played: whether it is Midget AAA, QMJHL or even today in Senior AAA. As you can see, I love hockey! However, I have greatly diversified my sporting interests in recent years. Whether it’s tennis, mountain biking, skiing and more, I love playing and discovering sports. I also love all outdoor activities! Did I mention you that I am very competitive? This is reflected in my work since I always want to give the best out of myself. Be sure that when I am involved in a project, I am 100% there.

In the spring of 2024, I was fortunate to join Construction Longer. Previously, I worked in the dental field as an assistant.

Being a versatile woman who likes change, I decided to take on a new adventure at Construction Longer. My job as a logistics clerk mainly involves managing external rentals, invoicing our rental center, as well as managing the inventory and sales of our corporate clothing for our construction employees.

In my spare time, I enjoy taking walks and going to the theater to watch a good movie!

I have the pleasure of working within a great team of project management support assistants to support our project managers in the realization of their projects. I love helping others and doing different tasks so that my daily life is dynamic. My organization, my curiosity and my attention to detail make me a project management support assistant who is always available and ready to take on challenges. After 15 years in the hotel and tourism industry, I am relatively new to the construction industry. I realize that there is a whole range of concepts to learn, but I am lucky to have good people around me to fulfill myself professionally over the next few years. Also involved in the social committee, I have fun organizing activities so that we can come together and get to know each other in a different context than work. It is a pleasure for me to be part of this beautiful and big family. For my part, I love spending time outdoors, camping, dining with friends, decorating and cooking.

I began my career in an accounting firm where I quickly developed a big interest in the real estate and construction fields, thanks to the clients I served. It was in order to further this interest that I joined the Construction Longer team. I provide support to all accounting processes while seeking to improve them in order to increase their efficiency. I show great attention to detail in all the files I deal with while being dynamic and versatile. As a candidate for the practice of the CPA profession, my academic background has allowed me to develop a variety of skills in both the preparation of financial statements and in the analysis and production of reports. My analytical side allows me to “make the numbers speak” in order to make sound decisions. I’m also a big fan of reading and that’s why I never miss an opportunity to immerse myself in a good novel. Being also a sportswoman, I really like playing tennis or discovering hiking trails.

Thirsty for new challenges and having a strong passion for health and safety at work, I am grateful to be part of the Construction Longer team. I joined the team at the beginning of 2023 as an health and safety coordinator. Working at Construction Longer is an opportunity I didn’t want to miss. We receive great recognition from the management who are fully available to everyone and the team gives us motivation to go to work every morning. Whether through our recent facilities, the familiarity we have with colleagues, the activities organized by the social committee, the foundations whose the company helps greatly by participating in several activities during the year, I am proud to say that I now occupy a position of choice in a growing company. Being able to work in several construction sectors means that my work is by no means routine. No day is the same, but they are all enjoyable. In my spare time, I’m a fairly sporty person, putting in many kilometers of road biking, I play tennis and in winter I hurtle down and up the ski slopes.

With me, the pleasure of building takes on its full meaning. For almost a year now, I have been assigned to project management at Construction Longer, mainly on a large-scale project managed via the BIM360 platform. Surrounded by a strong and dynamic management and site team, it is with pleasure that I join the team on a daily basis. Continuously on the lookout for new challenges, I am always enthusiastic about carrying out the mandates entrusted to me. Having been for several years in the estimation of commercial and institutional projects, I take full advantage of my functions in project management in order to deepen my knowledge every day and to take advantage of each step of the realization of a project. Graduated from Cégep de Sherbrooke in education in 2010, I have since developed a passion for construction and developed my knowledge in the field. Enjoying working in a team and meeting new stakeholders, my interpersonal skills and my contagious sense of humor bring positive energy to the work team.

I joined the Construction Longer family in 2017, after having worked for a few years in the field of civil engineering and then in the construction of mining projects. Today, it is the building projects, with a touch complexity, which animate my days (and regularly my evenings 😉 ). I enjoy participating in the development of the company and ensuring the improvement of our team in the projects we undertake. This is why I work on BIM process integration and regularly read books on various project management methods. When I take off the white helmet, it’s usually to put on another while going to spend a few hours on mountain bikes in our beautiful mountain that is Mont-Bellevue, playing ice hockey, hitting the snowy slopes or even ride enduro trails on a motorcycle.

Construction has been part of my daily life since I was young. My father being a general contractor in residential construction, I took my first steps on construction sites at the age of 15 before continuing my university studies in civil engineering. I joined the Construction Longer team in 2008 as an intern and then in 2010 for my full time job. I am known for my dedication to work and for the rigor of my planning follow-ups. From commercial, industrial or institutional buildings to the rehabilitation of concrete structures, I make sure to offer all our clients a professional and honest service, respecting their budget, deadlines, as well as their quality requirements. My dedication is also passed on in my daily family life. My wife and my three children are my greatest pride. I love to spend my free time with family activities of all kinds.

It was during an internship, as part of my bachelor’s degree in civil engineering/Liberal Arts, that I took my very first steps at Construction Longer. A detour that was love at first sight with project management and especially with the team that works in collegiality and pleasure. Perfectionist by nature, I love participating in small and large-scale projects that present a certain complexity, both technically and organizationally. My motivation: work with stakeholders to achieve a common goal in the greatest efficiency. In my career, I had the chance to get the titles of “PMP” and “Leed Green Associate” in addition to deepening “Lean” methods. Today, this allows me to participate in the development of the company in these areas. Driven by a great sense of organization and continuous improvement, I always tell myself that there is always a way to do better! This is what has always pushed me to surpass myself, at work, but also in individual sports that I practice such as triathlon, cross-country skiing and alpine skiing. Long live the outdoors! It’s often during a run that the best ideas come to me.

I’ve always been fascinated by architecture from an early age. I could spend hours building Lego buildings and designing layouts! This passion led me to study architectural technology at Collège Montmorency in 2010.

Today, as a project manager, I use my management skills and sharp eye for detail. My experience as an architectural technologist has given me a global vision from conception to completion, enabling me to solve challenges with rigor and creativity. I’m passionate about my work because of the diversity of its challenges. I enjoy teamwork, because the happiness and success of my team make me particularly happy.

Outside work, I’m passionate about sewing, reading and plants. These passions fuel my creativity and inspire my projects. For me, every building tells a story, and that’s what I strive to capture in my daily work.

As a Sustainable Development Coordinator, my role is to roll out our sustainable development initiatives in order to maximise our positive impact, reduce our environmental impact and inspire real, lasting change. I am convinced that sustainable development is a real opportunity for innovation and growth.

Passionate and committed, what stimulates me most in my work is the diversity of the challenges I encounter every day. Every day is a new opportunity to work with our team to strengthen our commitment and promote our values. In particular, I make sure that our practices are in line with the most demanding standards in terms of responsibility, such as B Corp certification. In my spare time, I draw inspiration from different sports and share my passion for yoga!

Honesty and loyalty, both in business and in personal life, are part of my core values. Outside of work, I love sports like hockey, basketball and cross-country skiing. I’m also called a “foodie” : I always enjoy a good meal with a good bottle of wine!

For over 10 years, I’ve had the pleasure of expressing my leadership skills and passion for operational excellence through my career as a project manager. As part of the accounting administration department, I am happy to be on the Construction Longer team for over 20 years now.

Recently, I joined the Construction Longer team, more specifically the building project management team. With a bachelor’s degree in building engineering, my path has enabled me to acquire knowledge, particulary in building mechanics, building envelopes and structures. Currently studying for a master’s degree in engineering management, I am looking to perfect my knowledge in task optimization, risk and contingency management as well as in communication. Construction Longer and I share several values, but particularly that passion for sustainable development. In the team, it is often said that I am organized and efficient. If you can’t find me at work or studying, you may find me in the winter on the ski slopes or in the summer hiking.

Since joining Construction Longer, every day has been a new challenge for me and I love it. Indeed, in the construction industry, action is everywhere. So, every day, I have to show rigor, determination and versatility, and that speaks to me! I am an organized, efficient and meticulous person: this is why I am the ISO reference here. Having spent most of my career in engineering where I have held many positions, it is with great pleasure that I joined the Construction Longer team as digital practice and BIM lead to explore the world of construction. I have been with Construction Longer for over 2 ½ years now in Accounts Payable. I love my job because I am surrounded by a great team: everyone helps each other. Previously, I worked for 18 years in the same place, in the window and door industry. So that makes me a very stable and loyal person. Outside of work, I live on a farm and try to help my partner the best that I can.

I studied industrial relations at the University of Montreal and, in my second semester, I found a job in my field. So I decided to continue my degree part-time while working full-time. I finally graduated in 2020, and that’s when I joined the construction industry, after having worked in the industry, accounting and transportation fields.

From 2020 to 2024, I was involved in the major project to rebuild the LH LaFontaine tunnel. These four years spent within a consortium greatly developed my adaptability and resilience. I then seized the opportunity to join the Construction Longer family and return to my hometown in Sherbrooke.

I’m an authentic and rigorous person, very serious at work, but with whom it’s easy to have fun when the work is done. I love my field, because I enjoy building trusting relationships with people and being of service. With a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Université de Sherbrooke in 2020, I consolidated my academic background with five internships in an industrial environment, thus acquiring versatile expertise. With over five years’ experience in the industrial and construction sectors, I also hold PMP certification. I am results-driven and seeing the outcome of a job well done is a source of great satisfaction and inspiration to me. As finance director in an innovative company that positions itself as a leader in the construction industry, my day-to-day is quite varied. Holder of a master’s degree in finance and a CGA, CPA accounting title, my autonomy and my ability to manage multiple files at the same time are assets that allow me to respond well to requests of different members of our team. My tasks relating to the company’s internal control require me to be very analytical and rigorous. Being a finance director also involves thinking about and implementing strategies that allow us to support our growth, while closely monitoring the financial aspect of our various projects. This is reflected in the improvement of internal accounting processes, the integration of technologies that increase our collective efficiency and the implementation of reliable financial strategies. In constant collaboration with other members of the management team, one of my greatest objectives is to ensure the growth and sustainability of the company. Being in charge of the accounting team, I exercise my skills in team management, listening and leadership on a daily basis. In this regard, my objective is to properly supervise my team and promote the professional development of everyone. After more than 20 years with the company, I have participated in the development as a carpenter, superintendent and now manager. I am passionate about construction and human relations. I love the contact with the different spheres of the organization, both with construction workers and office staff. Workforce management, training and occupational health and safety are my main functions, but I am often called Mr. “all other related tasks”! Outside of work, several types of tasks and manual work remains a major passion for me and also helps me keep my hand!

With a degree in computer engineering, I joined the Construction Longer team as Business Intelligence Manager. My role involves collecting and interpreting our data to support the company’s strategic development. I transform complex data into actionable information, enabling our organization to make informed decisions and optimize its operations.

Using the latest advances in data management, I strive to create tailor-made solutions that meet our unique needs. As the company undergoes rapid growth, I am committed to accompanying it through this technological transformation.

After graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Administration with a marketing specialization, I joined the amazing team at Construction Longer to redirect my career towards a stimulating field with endless challenges.

Working as a project management assistant allows me to participate in the planning of various large-scale projects and to collaborate with work teams who are always eager to perform and improve their work processes. In my spare time, I enjoy being out in nature, playing golf, hiking, running or alpine touring in winter.

Having just graduated from the Université de Sherbrooke at the end of 2021, as part of the first French-speaking cohort in Quebec’s building engineering program, I returned to my roots and began my professional career in the greater Montreal area, where I grew up.

After two years, I moved to the Eastern Townships to live there and get closer to nature. Since the beginning of 2024, I’ve been a project coordinator at Construction Longer, in the commercial buildings division.

I’m part of an experienced team, both on site and in the office, and the working atmosphere is fantastic. I share a lot of the same values as Construction Longer, and I can really feel the desire to build differently, by promoting collaboration, sustainable development and long-lasting human relations. I’m a real team player and I’m well aware that a project can’t be completed alone. At Longer, I’m well surrounded and supported in everything I do. In the same way, all team members can count on me. I’m very positive by nature, and I like to work in a fun atmosphere.

Otherwise, I’m as much an armchair sportsman as a real sportsman. I like outdoor sports, running, golf, badminton and especially team sports. I can still watch golf on an afternoon without getting bored. I love to travel, both here and abroad.

I love to challenge myself, because it’s at times like these that we come out on top, so I approach my projects with the same energy.

At Construction Longer, I have the pleasure of guiding teams and managers towards organizational excellence. Passionate about improvement, I love simplifying things and structuring concrete solutions that make a real difference, whether in the office or on the worksite. For me, if it’s simple and it lasts, it’s a success!

With over seven years’ experience in consulting, I’ve carried out mandates all over Canada and in almost every sector. This experience, combined with a background in administration, a master’s degree in strategic project management and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, enables me to combine strategic vision with effective execution.

My role? Orchestrate strategic transformations, optimize business processes and foster a high-performance, agile project management culture. What I particularly enjoy in my job is seeing the direct impact of the initiatives I put in place: whether it’s a well-structured project that generates concrete gains, or an optimized process that makes life easier for teams.

At work, I’m always looking for the shortest route… but outside work, I love taking detours, whether it’s hiking, road tripping or traveling with my camera!

Ever since I was young, I’ve loved working with my hands and being able to make a real contribution to the development of various projects. From an early age, I was able to get involved in a number of renovation projects to perfect my skills.

I’ve always been a team player, hence my keen interest in team sports, including handball, which I played for nearly 20 years. These different aspects of my personality led me to the construction industry as a carpenter.

I spent several years in the field, specializing in exterior cladding. It’s a specialty I particularly like, mainly because of the challenges it brings, the concrete visualization of a project and the fact that you can see how your project evolves quickly and concretely. Over the years, I’ve developed an expertise that has enabled me to wear many different hats and get involved in the management of various projects.

Construction Longer has always been a company I’ve deeply respected, for its leadership, for the importance of teamwork within the company and for its constant progress. Being part of the team and having the opportunity to manage the exterior cladding division as a project manager gives me the chance to contribute the knowledge I’ve acquired over the years, to help my colleagues and to take part in a variety of interesting projects.

After more than 10 years of construction experience across the Atlantic, I joined the Construction Longer team at the start of 2020 as a project manager. I have participated in the realization of numerous construction and renovation projects such as schools, offices, a thermal spa on a historic site or even prestigious multi-unit housing projects from the design phase to delivery. Always ready to reinvent myself and develop new methods of sustainable construction on my sites, I am committed to involving all stakeholders to guarantee the satisfaction of our customers by integrating the constraints of cost, quality and time. . Adept in nature activities (hiking, mountain biking, skiing, camping) and discoveries, we may be lucky enough to meet each other at the bend of one of the many trails in the Eastern Townships!
