Wendy’s
Project summary
Construction Longer was given the mandate to carry out the complete interior layout of the Wendy’s restaurant in Sherbrooke. The goal of this project was to create a modern, functional and welcoming space for customers. The building was designed to optimize the dining experience while respecting the brand’s norms and standards, with an emphasis on fluidity of operations and customer comfort.
Following a competitive tender, Construction Longer took charge of the construction of all areas: customer reception, kitchen areas, sanitary areas and the dining room. The project began in early 2024 and was completed in the spring of the same year.

Challenge #1
The project started in January 2024, with delivery scheduled for the end of March 2024. To meet this tight schedule, it was necessary to bring forward work on the slab-on-grade and under-slab networks from December onwards.
To ensure that deadlines were met, a dynamic schedule was drawn up in line with the physical progress of the project. This was animated and updated weekly in partnership with the subcontractors.
Challenge #2
The integration of new customers and suppliers from the United States presented significant logistical challenges. We established new partnerships with suppliers specific to Wendy’s to facilitate direct purchasing. We therefore had to coordinate deliveries and make the technical adjustments required to ensure optimal logistics.
