The challenge

The challenge with this type of restaurant is, of course, to keep to the schedule and opening dates. The scheduling of work and interventions with all subcontractors must be extremely well planned. Since restaurant spaces are fairly small, to say the least, each trade has to be present at the right time, and be very accommodating of the fact that several trades are working at the same time.
