Challenge #1
The first challenge for this project was to meet the 18-month deadline. To meet it, we called on regular monitoring of supplies, a tower crane, Last Planner and weekly update meetings.
Challenge #2
Given its location, we had restricted access to two sides of the building. To help us out, we used a tower crane, or even anticipated the activation of the elevator.
