Since 1979, Construction Longer has been executing projects as a general construction contractor.

A general contractor carries out a project on behalf of a private or public client. Unlike many general contractors, Construction Longer carries out its clients’ projects with its own resources, with its team of over one hundred carpenters. This allows us to have real control over schedules and costs and to offer you great flexibility. Our project managers are also estimators for their projects to increase our accountability and competence.

We can execute construction work in a traditional lump-sum mode, with a flat price for a determined scope of work, or in management, if you are looking for a flexible, open and collaborative approach where our expertise and experience can be put to work from the very beginning of your project.
