Passionate about improvement, I love simplifying things and structuring concrete solutions that make a real difference, whether in the office or on the worksite. For me, if it’s simple and it lasts, it’s a success!

With over seven years’ experience in consulting, I’ve carried out mandates all over Canada and in almost every sector. This experience, combined with a background in administration, a master’s degree in strategic project management and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, enables me to combine strategic vision with effective execution.

My role? Orchestrate strategic transformations, optimize business processes and foster a high-performance, agile project management culture. What I particularly enjoy in my job is seeing the direct impact of the initiatives I put in place: whether it’s a well-structured project that generates concrete gains, or an optimized process that makes life easier for teams.

At work, I’m always looking for the shortest route… but outside work, I love taking detours, whether it’s hiking, road tripping or traveling with my camera!
